Parental Self Care Workshop Series (Mid West ARIES)

Mid West ARIES- advanced education and recovery in mental health are once again returning to Shannon FRC to host 3 workshops focused on Parental Self Care!

The workshops will take place on Wednesdays from 9:30am to 12:00.
Wednesday 18th March
Wednesday 25th March
Wednesday 1st april.

This workshops are open to adults over 18+ in particular parents in the Shannon area who would like to learn more about looking after themselves and promoting positive mental health as they manage their day to day life as a parent.
