About Us

HUGG offers suicide bereavement support groups led by trained volunteers with lived experience of suicide loss. We have a dedicated virtual group for parents. Our in person group in Limerick is for any adult bereaved by suicide. Groups meet on Tues at 7.30pm

Mon Tues Wed 9am-2pm and Thus 9-5pm
