Supporting An Anxious Child: for parents/carers of 5–11-year-old children who experience mild to moderate anxiety.
Supporting An Anxious Teen: for parents/carers of 12–18-year-old young people who experience mild to moderate anxiety.
Adults are provided with techniques that that help the young person manage their anxiety in a helpful way.

These online programmes are based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), incorporate mindfulness practices and are specifically designed to help manage anxiety. The programmes include tools, activities, mood monitors and journals to encourage users to apply CBT to their own lives and aim to empower participants to think and feel better.

There are no fees to avail of this service.
