The Circle of Security Parenting programme is a gentle, supportive space for parents and carers to reflect on their relationship with their child.
Together, we explore children’s needs for comfort, safety, independence, and connection, and how adults can support these needs in everyday moments.

There is no judgement and no expectation to be a “perfect parent” — the programme is about learning, understanding, and growing together.
