Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) Programme

The NVR Programme supports parents and carers experiencing aggression, intimidation, threats, or challenging behaviour from their child or teenager.

The programme provides practical strategies to help parents:

Strengthen their parental presence and confidence
Set clear, consistent boundaries
Manage conflict without escalation
Build support networks
Improve family relationships and safety

The programme is delivered in a supportive, non-judgemental environment and is designed for parents and carers; children and young people do not need to attend.
