(M.U.M) Mums Using Music- 4 week programme on Music for wellbeing in pregnancy!
This Free 4 week programme takes place Mondays at 10am at Shannon Family Resource Centre begining Monday 28th September.
(For women living in the Shannon Catchment area).
What to Expect:
Learn about how to use music to manage stress, connect with your baby, prepare for childbirth and early parenthood.
Engage in music activities and meet other pregnant mums.
You will also be invited to a discussion after the meeting.
