Life Coaching (Promoting Positive Change) For Women

The latest round of the very successful Life Coaching for Women programme will begin this September at Shannon Family Resource Centre.

Workshop Dates:
Tuesday 22nd September (7-9pm)
Tuesday 20th October (7-9pm)
Tuesday 17th November (7-9pm)
Tuesday 8th December (7-9pm)

The purpose of providing this programme is to support the participants to break down challenges in their lives and develop individualised step by step action plans that each can adopt to begin to make positive choices which will aim to improve their lives and their families lives for the better as a result.
The life coach Kasia Kowalska will seek to build up the participants confidence and self-awareness and help them to identify their go to coping mechanisms and decide if these are healthy or unhealthy and support them to identify and develop alternative coping strategies for dealing with life events into the future. The theme of self-care and wellness will be evident throughout the workshops and 1:1 sessions also.

"To all the new parents embarking on this incredible journey, remember that you are not alone. Parenthood can be both exhilarating and challenging.

Seek guidance from trusted sources, lean on your support network, and don't hesitate to ask for help when needed. You've got this, and you're doing an amazing job."
